This includes managing key accounts, executing commercial campaigns, analyzing results, and aligning with internal teams to ensure objectives are met. This role requires strategic thinking, commercial skills, and a strong data orientation. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for: Being the main contact point with assigned brands, developing long-term relationships. Identifying growth opportunities, promotions, strategic products, and tactical execution on the platform. Negotiating commercial agreements and defining monthly and quarterly action plans to increase orders and GMV. Coordinating with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute campaigns and ensure an excellent user experience. Monitoring key KPIs of the portfolio (sales, SLA compliance, product availability, stock, etc.). Preparing performance reports, executive presentations, and results analysis for clients and internal leadership. Supporting the activation of new brands or categories within the portfolio. Leading a team of Farmers Juniors (if applicable), ensuring their development and achievement of objectives. What are the requirements to join this neon universe? 2–5 years of experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, business development, or sales in consumer goods, technology, retail, or e-commerce. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Analytical mindset and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Knowledge of tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus. Previous experience leading key accounts or field teams is highly valued. Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple priorities. Studies in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related fields. Native Spanish; intermediate-advanced English is desirable.
