SR. SPECIALIST ORDER FULFILLMENT PURPOSE: - Provide Order Fulfillment analysis and support for the adidas Group’s organization. - Accountable for continuous process improvements for Order Fulfillment topics and deliver on time availability, allocation, OTIF and administrate order book. - Accountable for on time delivery, sales orders fulfillment report and elaborate visibility and warehouse planning reports to provide accurate information, ensuring a proper operational workflow processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FUNCTIONAL: - Arun preview:Tool to monitor the planned stock and physical stock against customer requirements. - Order book cleansing different form delivery note minimuns - Order book availability reporting. - Follow up of all decisions and activities for operation process. - Regular monitoring and reporting (mainly check of still open orders) to Management team including proposals and recommendations for the flow of goods. - Point of contact for all questions from all channels. - Closely collaborate with inbound & purchasing team member to understand processes and elaborate availabilities and OTIF/OTA reports. - Frequently analyze and report all required information/data. - Support and contribute with all cross functional multi-branded departments and all markets Region in regards of all order fulfillment activities - Analyze order book fill rate and collaborate across functional areas to achieve overall KPI / delivery targets. - Allocation Run: Allocation of stock to sales orders, triggers delivery note creation - Maintain allocation rules. - Manual allocation and optimization. - Delivery note creation: triggers outbound shipment process to customer in the warehouse. - Warehouse capacity planning. - Order book cleansing due to Delivery Notes minimuns - Follow up of all decisions and activities for operation process. - Regular monitoring and reporting (mainly check of still open delivery notes) to Management team including proposals and recommendations for the flow of goods. - Point of contact for all questions related to warehouse capacicty and planning from the channels. - Closely collaborate with warehouse and all channels members to understand processes and elaborate visibility and warehouse planning reports to provide accurate information, ensuring a proper operational workflow processes. - Analyze and present the Presales Convertion Rate on a montly basis to Wholesale. - Support and contribute with all cross functional multi-branded departments and all markets Region in regards of all order fulfillment activities. - Analyze order book fill rate and collaborate across functional areas to achieve overall KPI / delivery targets. KPIS: - Accurate inventory monitoring. - Ensure accurate information between SAP & WMS Colombia. - Inventory adjustment. - Stock turn. - OTIF - Allocation Fulfillment - Order Book Accuracy - Availability - PGI - Warehouse capacity KEY RELATIONSHIPS: - Customers service team - Key account management - DTC - Marketing - Purchasing team - Inbound team - Warehouse team - Global Process team - Demand Planning local market. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - MS Office (Excel/Access; Outlook; Word; Powerpoint) - SAP knowledge - Detail Oriented - Good organization and time management skills - Knowledge of overall supply chain mechanics - Analytical and process thinking - Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills QUALIFICATIONS: - University degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent professional experience - Minimum of 2- 5 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management - Fluent english language (preferred).
