Job title: recruiter – u.s. technician hiring (remote | independent contractor) company: geeks on site location: remote type: full-time contractor compensation: $1,000/month (via payoneer, paid monthly) about geeks on site geeks on site is a trusted provider of on-site and remote tech support services across the u.s. our technician network powers a wide range of services—from it troubleshooting to pos installations and commercial printer repairs. we’re expanding fast and need a driven, full-cycle recruiter to help scale our technician base nationwide. about the role we’re seeking a remote recruiter with strong experience hiring technicians in the united states. this is a high-impact, full-cycle role where speed, communication, and execution matter. you’ll source, screen, and onboard on-call 1099 field technicians for a variety of u.s.-based jobs (tv mounting, pos setups, general it troubleshooting, etc.). key responsibilities - own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding - hire 10+ technicians per week across the u.s. without requiring internal approvals - proactively source candidates via workable and external platforms/channels - ensure all hires meet job-specific requirements and are onboarded quickly into our system - communicate promptly and professionally with candidates (english only – no exceptions) - maintain accurate tracking of recruitment pipeline and progress - support weekend hiring as needed to manage recruitment volume requirements - must have experience hiring u.s.-based technicians (no exceptions...
