Nos encontramos en búsqueda un(a) analista de producto apasionado(a) por la innovación digital, encargado(a) de gestionar, optimizar y evolucionar las funcionalidades de nuestra aplicación y canal ecommerce. su misión será garantizar que los desarrollos técnicos estén alineados con las necesidades del usuario, las metas comerciales y las mejores prácticas de experiencia de cliente, apoyando la expansión del canal digital en colombia, perú, uruguay, chile y brasil. funciones principales: analizar la experiencia de usuario (ux) e identificar puntos de fricción en navegación, búsqueda de productos, filtros y procesos de compra. coordinar con el equipo de ti y proveedores externos la implementación de mejoras, correcciones y nuevos desarrollos. documentar requerimientos funcionales y técnicos para nuevos proyectos o ajustes en la plataforma. realizar pruebas funcionales (qa/uat) para garantizar que los desarrollos cumplan con las especificaciones y estándares de calidad. priorizar desarrollos según su impacto en ventas, retención y experiencia de cliente. dar seguimiento a incidencias técnicas, asegurando su resolución en los tiempos establecidos. proponer mejoras en funcionalidades clave como buscador, filtros, categorización y fichas de producto. mantener actualizada la documentación de procesos y cambios en la plataforma. coordinar con marketing y comercial para alinear lanzamientos de nuevas funcionalidades con campañas y estrategias comerciales. participar en juntas semanales por país para alinear prioridades y estado de proyectos. requisitos: formación académica: profesio...
