About the Role As the Bilingual Solar Appointment Setter, you’ll serve as the key connection between our sales team and our customers. You’ll assign leads, follow up with clients, and ensure each project moves efficiently from first contact to installation. Responsibilities - Assign leads and update CRM records accurately - Communicate with clients in English and Spanish via calls and texts - Support the sales team by tracking project milestones - Flag any delays or gaps in the sales pipeline - Coordinate appointments using scheduling tools such as Calendly or Acuity - Deliver excellent customer service through timely and consistent follow-up - Maintain accurate data across platforms (CRM, spreadsheets, calendar systems) Required Qualifications - Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - 2+ years of experience in at least one of the following: - Sales coordination - Dispatching - CRM management - Pipeline operations - Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce) - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) - Excellent communication and follow-up skills - Comfortable with outbound calls and texts - Highly organized and deadline-oriented Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the solar industry or fast-paced home services - Familiarity with: - Permit workflows - Proposal or quoting software - Solar installation timelines - Experience using texting platforms/tools - Strong analytical skills and attention to process gaps or delays - Background in client retention or project tracking Location Remote.
