As aSales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our client’s prospects. Your mission is to turn interest into opportunity — engaging leads, uncovering their needs, and setting them on the path to success with innovative lighting and audio solutions. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Engage & Qualify Leads: - Reach out to inbound warm leads from abandoned shopping carts and website project inquiries. - Run targeted outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach campaigns. - Build trust quickly with creators, studios, and production teams by communicating value clearly and effectively. Develop the Sales Pipeline: - Conduct discovery calls/emails to assess budget alignment, project timelines, technical requirements, and decision-making authority. - Provide detailed needs assessments and recommendations to the Business Development team. - Maintain a steady flow of high-quality opportunities that contribute directly to revenue growth. - Keep all lead data, company info, and interaction notes complete and up-to-date. - Optimize and maintain lead scoring models for inbound leads. - Build segmented lists to support targeted nurture campaigns. What You’ll Need: - 2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, or sales development. - Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM (required). - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), able to adapt messaging for creative professionals, studios, and technical buyers. - Technical aptitude to quickly understand and assess: Cinema & Creator Lighting Systems, and Professional Audio Gear. - Proven success running prospecting and email outreach campaigns. - Strong organizational and time management skills — you know how to keep your pipeline moving. - A proactive, self-starter mindset — curious, resourceful, and goal-oriented. - Bonus: a passion for the film, media, or creator industries. - Availability to work remotely from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM PT, Mondays to Fridays!
