Responsibilities - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies of the product development teams, ensuring that the Scrum framework is applied effectively to the development process - Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is maintained and prioritized - Coach team members on agile practices and principles - Help to remove any impediments or roadblocks that may be hindering the team's progress - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing - Ensure that the team is meeting the sprint goals and delivering high-quality software - Track and report on team performance metrics and progress toward goals You're a perfect match if you have: - Able to comply with EST working hours - 7+ years of experience working as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach - Experience managing 2+ Scrum Teams. - Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills - Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills - Proficient understanding of Agile principles and scaled agile frameworks - Experience with JIRA and Confluence Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
