This is a full-time, US Central Time role with the potential to grow into a leadership position managing a team of VAs as the business scales. Key Responsibilities - Make 300-400+ outbound calls per day to targeted leads - Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and set appointments - Build rapport and maintain a professional, engaging tone on calls - Effectively handle objections to maximize conversions - Track and manage leads using HubSpot or similar CRM - Provide accurate call notes and follow-up actions - Collaborate with the team to improve call scripts and sales strategies - Assist in training and onboarding new VAs as the role expands into team leadership Qualifications - Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the insurance industry - Consistently high response and connection rates on cold calls - Strong rapport-building and objection-handling skills - Clear, fluent English - neutral or American-sounding accent preferred - Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms - Ability to work US Central Time hours (45–50 hours/week) - Professional communicator with strong understanding of the US market - Leadership potential and willingness to take on team management responsibilities in the future
