The Role: Remote Sales Team Manager We’re looking for a high-performing Remote Sales Team Manager to own the performance of our remote appointment booking team. This is more than just a supervisor role—you’ll build systems, coach your team like a sales leader, and hold everyone accountable to performance metrics. If needed, you’re willing to roll up your sleeves, hop on calls, and lead from the front. You understand the importance of follow-up speed, call quality, and calendar accuracy—and you know how to drive results without micromanaging. Key Responsibilities Performance & KPI Management - Ensure appointment setters consistently meet or exceed KPIs - Monitor call productivity, appointment rates, and lead response times - Implement systems to optimize team output and efficiency Call Quality & Appointment Accuracy - Review call recordings weekly to ensure high-quality conversations - Verify correct appointment bookings and calendar accuracy - Enforce our Speed-to-Lead policy—every new lead called within 5 minutes Hiring, Training & Coaching - Recruit, interview, and onboard high-performing team members - Train setters on scripts, systems, and sales fundamentals - Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews Daily Team Support & Management - Act as the main point of contact for team questions or blockers - Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and daily productivity tracking - Respond to appointment-related client inquiries via email if needed Reporting & Optimization - Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports - Identify trends and gaps—and take action to improve - Host team meetings to align on goals, updates, and new initiatives What You Need to Succeed - Fluent English (spoken and written) - Proven experience managing remote sales or appointment-setting teams - KPI-driven mindset—you care about results and constant improvement - Strong organizational and communication skills - Comfortable using Slack, spreadsheets, and scheduling software Bonus if you have: - Experience in the med spa or aesthetic marketing space - Familiarity with GHL (Go High Level), Hubstaff, or similar platforms Tech Requirements - A reliable computer and high-speed internet - A VPN (if needed for U.S. access) - A backup plan for power and internet outages - Quiet, professional work environment What You’ll Get - Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) + monthly commission tied to team KPIs - Ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development - Opportunity to grow into a more senior leadership role as we scale - Work with a tight-knit, ambitious, and supportive remote team Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: - Remote Call Center Manager: 3 years (Required)
