We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Sourcer to join our dynamic healthcare staffing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying and qualifying top nursing talent for travel, acute care, and ambulatory assignments across the country. What You’ll Do - Proactively source candidates for nursing roles in hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care settings. - Screen and qualify candidates based on client-specific criteria and specialties (ICU, ER, OR, etc.). - Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining high standards of quality and speed. - Leverage ATS platforms to perform Boolean searches, manage pipelines, and track candidate engagement. - Ensure complete and accurate submission of qualified candidates to recruiters or clients. - Stay up-to-date on licensing and credentialing requirements across states and specialties. - Continuously adapt sourcing strategies based on market trends and client feedback. What You Bring - 1–2 years of experience sourcing healthcare professionals, ideally in travel nursing or acute care. - Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is a plus. - Strong command of ATS platforms and sourcing tools. - Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
