We're looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect payments and resolve account issues Translate letters and documents for internal and legal use Collaborate with the legal department on account-related inquiries Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements Use Finvi and FACS software to manage account data and collection activities Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) 1–2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or BPO environments Strong listening, negotiation, and organizational skills Preferred Skills Previous experience in collections or financial services Goal-driven mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments
