The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in financial transactions and audits. Key Responsibilities Manage daily payroll extracts across multiple platforms Process NACHA and EFT payments for tax transactions Research and resolve returned employee payments Execute manual fund transfers and upload Posi Pay files to banks Review and approve suspect payment transactions Maintain records and respond promptly to client inquiries This role requires the ability to work independently and ensure accuracy in financial processes.
