In this position you will play a vital role because you will be responsible for supporting the administration of LAC iExpense/Corporate Credit Card programs and the processing of Accounts Payable invoice payments.This includes aligning audit requirements with our internal policies and external compliance and supporting the controls over travel spend.It’s important this position understands the accounting around expense reporting and cash reimbursements as they will be the SME for iExpense in LAC.This role will support multiple entities and its administration work in the A/P function. Financial Accounting: 1.Record and analyze expenses to properly account for invoices in OLAC entities.This includes some Accounts Payable activities. 2.Administration of Corporate Credit Card programs and gathering of expense reports for submission into iExpense. 3.Manage bank relationships to have the necessary credit card activity extractions and ability to issue new cards. 4.Analyze monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement fluctuation to help support the review of financial submission, primarily Peru. 5.Ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting standards. Tax Compliance: 6.Work with external services on preparation and supporting documentation for tax returns. 7.Manage the iExpense compliance with local tax authorities where there could be available deductions. Internal Controls: 8.Identify and mitigate financial risks 9.Oversee the review of expense reporting and credit card activity for LAC cardholder programs. Audits: 10.Coordinate requests and provide necessary documentation and explanations with internal and external auditors related to Tax, Cash and Accounts Payable. What will you bring to Ansell? Education Associate degree in accounting or business administration or Degree in Business Administration/related areas. Job Experience ·Minimum of 5+ years in Accounts Payable experience, particularly travel expense reporting and audit. ·Experience working with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics). Knowledge and Skills Technical Skills: ·General understanding of accounting principles (IFRS and local GAAP) ·Proficiency in accounting software (, SAP, Oracle, etc.). ·Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Soft Skills: ·Attention to detail and accuracy. ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ·Strong organizational and time management skills. Desirable Job Competencies ·Demonstrates understanding of the company's financial and management accounting policies, procedures, and systems. ·Demonstrates understanding of regulatory requirements and financial accounting standards (IFRS). ·Contributes - within the reporting framework - to financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. ·Perform basic analyses. ·Demonstrates agility and knowledge with business systems (Oracle, SAP, QlikView G/L Wand, etc.) to retrieve relevant data for various analyses and for reporting purposes. ·Hands-on experience on ERPs and financial systems in order to possess competency to adopt with a new system and changes Join us to lead the world to a safer future, !
