Impact on our ecosystem: Key Account Manager Senior Role Objective - Negotiate strategic marketing plans with key makers and non-traditional advertising accounts in the food category, generating revenue. Define actions in Trade Marketing, Media, Sampling, Data, and Insights. Hunt for new makers and brands to incorporate into Rappi, aiming for long-term negotiations and JBP's. - Follow-up on campaign results with the growth management team. - Design and implement activities aligned with manufacturers to promote brand growth. - Manage revenue for key category makers. - Ensure profitability through planning, execution, and reporting. Main Responsibilities - Hunt for new makers and develop categories. - Create business proposals and marketing plans with key partners using trade marketing, media, and sampling strategies. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with brands to grow revenue. - Design and execute disruptive marketing campaigns for e-commerce categories. - Coordinate with stakeholders on campaign execution, results, and billing. - Achieve revenue sales quotas. Requirements to join our universe: - Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Management, or related fields. - 4-5 years of experience in sales and/or consumer goods. - Knowledge of sales management and CRM systems. - Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, sales systems, and data analysis experience. - Passion for sales. - English proficiency: 80%.
