Location: Remote Compensation: $1000/month base + performance-based incentives Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (U.S. hours) We’re hiring a Dental Account Manager to manage warm leads and existing relationships for a fast-growing U.S. dental lab. This is not a cold calling role — your job is to build trust, follow up consistently, and turn interest into revenue. This role is ideal for former/current dental professionals (assistants, hygienists, front desk) with strong English skills who want a stable, remote job with serious growth potential. What You’ll Be Doing: - Following up with clinics who’ve already sent us cases or shown interest - Managing ongoing communication with dental offices via phone, text, and email - Answering basic questions about our lab and offerings (we’ll train you) - Logging updates into our CRM and keeping things organized - Helping close trial cases, reactivations, and long-term partnerships Requirements: - Excellent spoken and written English (you will be on the phone daily) - Prior experience in a dental office (assistant, hygienist, or front desk preferred) - Strong organizational and follow-up skills - Confident, friendly, and professional on calls - Fast internet and a quiet home work environment - Must be able to work U.S. daytime hours Compensation & Growth: - $1000/month base salary to start - Performance incentives available based on results - Fast-track promotion available for high performers (SDR or team lead path) - Full training and support provided This is a great fit if you: - Used to work in a dental clinic but want to move into a stable, online role - Love building relationships and being the go-to point of contact - Want to grow fast in a performance-based company - Are serious about showing up, following through, and getting results To apply: Submit your resume and a Loom video introducing yourself and sharing your experience in the dental field.
