In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of strengthening interpersonal communication, accountability, and leadership within our teams. Your mission will be to foster a positive work culture through tailored soft skills programs and impactful initiatives. What You'll Do: - Design and lead soft skills development programs tailored to our team’s needs. - Facilitate engaging workshops that boost collaboration, communication, and team ownership. - Partner closely with team leaders and BOT pilots to identify growth opportunities and performance improvements. - Monitor and measure the impact of your initiatives on team climate and key operational metrics. - Inspire, motivate, and support our teams with a strategic mindset and a people-first approach.
