We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with employment-based immigration, particularly in handling labor certifications and a range of non-immigrant work visas. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process labor certification applications (PERM) with the U.S. Department of Labor. Prepare and file petitions for employment-based visas including: L-1 (Intra-company transferee) E-1 (Treaty trader) E-2 (Treaty investor) TN (NAFTA professionals ) Advise clients on immigration strategies and compliance. Work collaboratively with clients and internal staff to gather documentation and ensure accurate filings. Requirements: Licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of immigration law experience. In-depth knowledge of U.S. business immigration law, especially labor certifications and the above visa categories. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required. We Offer: Competitive compensation.
