Responsibilities Providing advice and support to potential students and their inquiries (no cold calling) making sure their needs are matched by our products Tracking sales and customers through our most advanced CRM system (Salesforce) and other business systems Meeting and exceeding individual and territory targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Requirements Requires a minimum of 2 years of sales experience Native Spanish level and fluent in English (B2+) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Living abroad experienced. Passion about traveling, education or language learning (non-exclusive) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills To be sales-oriented and target driven. Ability to work under pressure when required Position Conditions: Mode: 100% on-site in Bogotá, D.C. Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday (days off: Thursday and Friday). Shifts assigned based on designated region, between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Contract: Fixed-term Training: Included Compensation and benefits Base salary: COP$2,600,000 Monthly commissions: Between COP$1,000,000 and COP$9,000,000, with an average of approximately COP$6,000,000 per month.
