Client facing skills Coordinate staffing, schedules, and sales campaign execution. Ensure quality, compliance, and process adherence in calls. Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Recommend and implement process improvements to boost sales results. Qualifications: At leas 2 years of experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role (Sales Supervisor, Senior supervisor, Assistant Manager). Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with a track record of developing successful sales teams. Excellent communication and client engagement abilities. Analytical mindset with experience using sales metrics to drive improvements. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
