Outbound Appointment Setter/Sales Representative Work Arrangement: Full-Time, Remote Time Zone Requirement: U.S. Central Time (approx. 3:00 PM-12:00 AM SAST) Primary Regions Of Interest: - South Africa - Latin America Role Summary: The SDR / Appointment Setter will be responsible for high-volume outbound outreach to warm leads (prospects who have submitted contact forms via online ads). Their goal is to connect quickly, qualify the lead, and schedule appointments with a licensed healthcare professional (chiropractor, dentist, etc.). This is not cold calling. All leads have shown intent and are awaiting follow-up. Responsiveness, clarity, and urgency are critical to ensure conversion from lead to booked consult. Key Responsibilities: - Call 150-200+ warm leads per day (form submissions via ads) - Qualify interest and guide prospects to next steps - Book and schedule appointments into clinic calendars - Maintain detailed records in the company’s GoHighLevel CRM - Follow up with leads that did not initially convert - Support occasional outbound initiatives (if applicable) - Provide clear verbal and written updates to internal team Required Skills & Experience: - Prior experience in high-volume outbound sales, call center work, or appointment setting - Proven ability to work U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred) - Fluent, professional spoken and written English; neutral accent strongly preferred - Demonstrated success in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments - Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or ability to learn it quickly - Self-directed and accountable for hitting daily targets - Strong interpersonal and communication skills — must be comfortable engaging quickly, warmly, and professionally with a wide range of people Preferred Attributes: - A warm but assertive phone presence - Fast learner with high digital literacy - Sales-oriented mindset, but service-first tone - Excellent follow-up discipline - Strong typing speed (above 45 WPM preferred) and CRM hygiene - Bonus: Background in healthcare, wellness, or B2C service industries Compensation & Structure: Compensation Type: Base Salary of $1000/month (USD) + $30 per appointment booked, with no cap. Performance-based pay. Payment is monthly. The client has expressed flexibility to increase compensation for exceptional talent, especially those with top-tier experience.
