We are looking for an experienced Controller to manage our financial operations, oversee the monthly close process, lead a team, and ensure GAAP compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Netsuite and a strong background in auditing. Key Responsibilities: Manage the monthly close process and ensure accurate financial reporting. Lead and mentor an accounting team. Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain financial records. Use Netsuite for financial operations. Coordinate audits with external auditors. Prepare financial statements and provide analysis to senior management. Improve accounting processes and internal controls. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as a Controller or in a senior accounting role. Deep knowledge of GAAP principles. Extensive experience with Netsuite or similar ERP systems. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience managing audits. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
